In creating my style of pottery, I try to achieve a balance between texture, color, and function, using color to accent simplicity in form, and adding texture to create depth and authenticate individuality. My work never loses sight of function, which inevitably gives each and every piece a reason to be purchased. I currently own and operate Bryan Becker Clay Werks, Inc. located in Hartland WI. My business has evolved since 1983, and is now operating in a restored 1920's dairy barn. In addition to my own work, I offer the work of many other artists, complementary to my own. Having a retail gallery/studio offers insight from custumer feedback useful in new product development. This format has helped grow my client base every year.
