East Wheeling Clayworks

Adam and Beth Bedway founded East Wheeling Clayworks, a small family ceramics business rooted in Appalachia, to revive small-scale manufacturing in their community. We strive to create high-quality, beautiful ceramic pieces that you'll want to use every day and that will last a lifetime. Our shop and studio are located in Wheeling, WV, along the Ohio River. We occupy an early nineteenth-century brick Victorian building and are committed to creating a business model that employs tradespeople and pays a fair wage in an economically depressed area.
